The northeastern province of Veneto is home to this rare, very
unique, semi-sweet sparkling orange moscato. The prized Orange
moscato grapes are selected from specific family-cultivated
vineyards in the Colli Euganei about twenty miles from Venice.
The wine shows a rich, creamy texture with balanced acidity,
natural residual sugar, and velvety perlage. It expresses delicate
flavors of orange and apricot on the palate. The ultra modern
techniques used in production – long, slow temperature-controlled
fermentation - allow the full expression of orange blossom and
peach aromas. Stella Rosa Fior D'Arancio moscato is perfect for
food and dessert pairings.
Try it as a delicious aperitif, alongside fresh fruit like
peaches and apricots, and mild cheeses with orange blossom honey.
It is also an excellent addition to deserts such as fruit tarts,
citrus-based tarts and pies, and vanilla bean ice cream.

This wine doesn't make me feel bad for wanting a mimosa without the orange juice because it tastes the same! (And is all champagne!!)
